What it does

PlotMate generates a full scripted video from text prompts, scripts and image references. The input can be a few words or a full-length script.

The problem

Video generation tools mostly give you short, individual shots. Making an actual video meant a lot of manual steps:

  1. Generate one or two shots
  2. Generate the other shots by hand
  3. Apply lip sync
  4. Add music
  5. Add sound effects
  6. Edit everything manually
  7. Assemble the final video

What I built

Software that uses server-based video generation and several generative AI systems to read a script, generate the shots, keep the production pipeline coherent, make the supporting audio, handle lip sync, generate music and assemble the final video.

How it works

You give it a script or prompt plus image references: characters, colour schemes, visual styling or anything else you want to steer the look.

An integrated LLM processes the script. The structured result goes into the video assembly pipeline, where several generative AI systems are orchestrated to create the output.

The pipeline adapts to what the script needs. It can shift and mould itself around what the story requires.

Result

The CCP 3.0 Demo Video was made entirely in PlotMate. The pilot ran as a booth experience at Data Hack Summit 2026 in Bangalore, where visitors generated more than 150 videos.

What I am proud of
The pipeline and the flow of media came straight from my experience in AI video production. I took a real production workflow, turned it into software, and automated the orchestration of several creative AI systems.

What it does

Studio Slice takes a PSD or Figma file as input and separates its layers into PNG assets.

The problem

HTML banner production used to need developers to pull PNG assets out of PSD and Figma files by hand. It was repetitive and slow.

What I built

A small desktop application, packaged with Tauri, that automates the asset extraction.

How it works

  1. Reads the PSD or Figma file structure
  2. Identifies the layers
  3. Uses the relevant export functionality
  4. Exports the layers you need as PNG assets

Earlier Electron versions reached about 600 MB. The Tauri build sits in a package of roughly 12 MB.

What I am proud of
I researched and implemented the Tauri packaging myself, which made the software far easier to distribute. It solved the distribution problem as well as the application problem.

Studio Pulse

Turns three Excel sheets into reports for leadership calls.

What it does

Studio Pulse consolidates employee, utilization and review data from several Excel sheets and visualizes it in multiple reporting views. You can filter and sort by market POD, by individual employee, or by a selection of employees.

The problem

The old workflow was manual from end to end:

  1. Consolidate several spreadsheets by hand
  2. Use the result as a reference
  3. Build charts and graphics by hand
  4. Put the visuals into PowerPoint
  5. Present them on leadership calls

What I built

A software application that takes three Excel input sheets, consolidates the data, prepares a temporary database, runs the data operations, filters and sorts, and generates visual reports for leadership calls.

The Power Automate / Microsoft Flows design works around not having an external database server, while keeping the data inside the Dentsu ecosystem. It brings together software architecture, data handling and organizational constraints in one problem.

What it does

Scalemint speeds up resizing, versioning and localization of HTML banners.

The problem

These jobs used to be done by hand and took a lot of time and effort.

What the software does

The application takes an HTML banner ZIP file. From there you can generate other sizes, swap in the right assets and adjust the result.

How it works

The application has controls for positioning and scaling.

  1. Load the banner
  2. Select another required banner size
  3. Generate the template for that size
  4. Replace assets with the correct size assets
  5. Make final positioning and scaling adjustments
  6. Use the available GSAP animation options where they apply
